About the charging of samples
1. Free Samples
Normally, if you require a sample of a product that we have in stock and weighs less than 5kg. In order to show our interest in cooperating with you, we would love to bear any cost of sample producing.
2. Charged Samples
Normally, if you require a sample of a product that we don’t have in stock and weighs more than 5kg. Please pay for the sample because the sample producing cost is very expensive. Our manufacturing process is relatively complex, and the MOQ of customized orders requires a minimum weight of 3 tons.
About the charging of courier service
We cannot afford the courier service charge of send samples to any new client.
We used to send to other clients with free samples and courier charges on our account, but some of them donāt even test the sample because they donāt cherish anything for free. We donāt really care about the sample producing cost or courier service charge. But in this way, we will understand if this client likes to cooperate with us.
And we promise you we will pay you back the sample producing cost and the courier service charge in our first deal, by providing a credit note with the same amount.
